My colleague Pam Gosal MSP has launched a consultation on her proposal for a bill which would introduce a domestic abuse register in Scotland and make school-age education on domestic abuse compulsory.
This has come after domestic abuse cases have increased in Scotland for the last five years in a row.
The proposed Bill has been shaped by feedback from numerous domestic abuse organisations who Pam has met with in recent months, including Victim Support Scotland, AMIS, and Sikh Sanjog.
