During this time of uncertainty it is important that we make sure we take care of our wellbeing and mental health. Below I have listed some useful sites which offer great advice on how to manage your anxiety and useful suggestions on things to do if you are in self-isolation.  

 

Endometriosis UK

Thank you to Endometriosis UK for hosting an event in Parliament to speak to MSPs about how they can support women with Endometriosis. This condition affects 1 out of 10 women across Scotland and I know that constituents of mine suffer with this menstrual health condition.

Vodafone Drop-In

It was great to meet with Vodafone to learn more about their plans for Future Connectivity in Scotland.

More connectivity work needs to be done in rural areas where some customers experience slower connectivity than those who live in cities or towns.
