As many will know, David Hill, a friend and colleague, died two years ago whilst playing rugby in Dublin for the Scottish Parliament rugby team which he helped set up.
Yesterday I joined with David's parents in Holyrood to pledge my support for the work of Cardiac Risk in the Young. They do vital work into preventing young sudden cardiac deaths through screening and research, raising awareness, and supporting affected families.
