For years I have been working with Tracey Gibbon to help her son, Kyle, who has been in Carstairs for 14 years. It is a national scandal that there are still hundreds of autistic people and people with learning disabilities being held in hospitals across Scotland.

Recently in Parliament, I had the opportunity to meet the specialist telephone banking team at Lloyds Banking Group.

We pay tribute to servicemen and women this Remembrance Sunday by participating in a two-minute silence at 11 am to honour all of those who have fallen.

As many will know, David Hill, a friend and colleague, died two years ago whilst playing rugby in Dublin for the Scottish Parliament rugby team which he helped set up.
