Councillor Robbie Withey - Huntly, Strathbogie and Howe of Alford

Robbie Withey was first elected as a councillor for Huntly, Strathbogie and Howe of Alford in May 2017.

He is a local Alford resident and thoroughly enjoys living and working in the area with his family, remarking that there is “so much on our doorstep, wonderful tourist attractions, locally farmed produce readily available and fantastic local shops”

Robbie wants to ensure that the North East gets more investment in our food and drink industry, farming, agriculture and tourism, in addition to freezing business rates to help local shops.

He also wants to improve local transport links to Aberdeen and Inverurie, provide better parking facilities on the main street and wishes to regenerate vacant retail units and public spaces.
