On Monday I attended a PTC group meeting at Rhynie Primary School.
On Tuesday I attended a meeting of the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee where we discussed the environmental impacts of leaving the European Union.
I also served as the chairman for a meeting of the Oil and Gas Cross Party Group, where industry speaker Colette Cohen spoke about the UK Continental Shelf.
In the evening, I attended an information session on Peatland action.
On Wednesday I asked Cabinet Secretary Shona Robison, MSP, what actions the Scottish Government is taking to ensure that diabetes patients are being referred to adequately funded third sector support services. My full question and response can be found here.
In the evening, I attended a meeting regarding Salmon Farming and the Wider Environment.
On Thursday I met with Tanja Groth from the Carbon Trust.
In the chamber, I attended First Minister's Questions before speaking at a debate sponsored by Ross Thomson MSP regarding the impact of the hike in non-domestic rates on North East businesses.

After this debate, I opened for the Conservatives at the debate regarding the ECCLR Committee's Report Report on The Climate Change Plan. I presented our concerns that the draft plan is unclear and heavily reliant on factors outside of the Government's control. My full speech can be found here.
On Friday I held a surgery at the Huntly Library in the morning, and visited Clatt Primary School in the afternoon.
